Camilla
Camilla, also known as Cam, is a dynamic and passionate fitness and dance instructor whose career has spanned both the world of professional dance and the fitness industry.
After an accomplished career as a professional dancer, Cam made a seamless transition into the fitness world in 2016.
Over the past decade, Cam has taught in a variety of settings, including boutique studios and major gyms across London. She has worked with renowned brands such as Sweaty Betty and Gymshark, where her classes became known for their high energy, inclusive vibe, and carefully curated upbeat playlists that keep clients moving and motivated.

Business Developer
Eyram
Eyram, is a very focused and energetic professional with a deep passion for health, wellness and body development.
Over a 7 year professional career he has cut across fields in sports retail, operations, brand and business development and, of course, fitness! Eyram has had the chance to experience and understand the fitness industry in Ghana how it has grown since 2014 when he begun his fitness and wellness journey.

My name is Mavis Tachie-Menson and I’m the head coach and owner of Balance body and mind.
I have over 24 years experience in the fitness industry and 10 years as a licensed physiotherapist.
My boutique personal training and physio service was created to help shine the light on body awareness and positivity issues that’s being hidden behind excuses and injuries.
I pride myself in helping women love themselves in the present through a combination of low or high intensity interval training, 30 minutes at a time.

Passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, Dex brings energy, knowledge, and dedication to every workout.
Her fitness journey began over 10 years ago with competitive rowing in the US, where she developed discipline, resilience, and a deep appreciation for physical and mental strength. With experience leading group fitness classes focused on high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Dex is dedicated to creating dynamic, results-driven workouts that challenge and inspire.
Her diverse experiences fuel their holistic approach to fitness, emphasizing balance, commitment, and self-care.
Understanding the importance of incorporating fitness into everyday life, Dex strives to help others build sustainable, healthy habits that fit into their busy schedules.
